Tarig Hamza Zaynalabdin, Honorary Consul of Azerbaijan in Sudan visiting Baku by invitation of "Azerbaijan Innovations Export Consortium" got acquainted with the activity of Baku "ASAN service" center number 5.
State Agency for Citizens Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan informed AZERTAC that, the guest was provided with detailed information about objectives and activity directions of establishing "ASAN service" centers. It was noted that, serious achievements have been achieved in the field of providing effective public administration by establishing "ASAN service" in terms of increasing transparency and applying modern innovations.
It was stated that, applications of approximately 18 million citizens have been registered up to date. Moreover it was noted that, "ASAN service" was awarded Public Services Award of United Nations in 2015 (United Nations Public Service Award 2015).
Then Honorary Consul T.H. Zeynalabdin met with Inam Kerimov, Chairman of the State Agency for Citizens Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Experience, successes of "ASAN service" and mutual cooperation relations were discussed during the meeting. As well as, Honorary Consul was informed about the works carried out in the direction of innovative reforms in Azerbaijan, including information about “Azerbaijan Innovations Export Consortium”. It was noted that, firstly the Consortium incorporates 10 Azerbaijani companies specialized in the field of innovations and this is considered alliance of companies operating in this area.
Having been acquainted with the purpose and activity of the Consortium, the guest visited companies and interested in the services and products of these companies.
